| Fox first opened for business in 1974, when Geoff Fox opened a tiny distribution business for European motocross bikes in a 1,500-square foot building in California. Within two years, Fox was manufacturing high-performance and engine components for racers looking for an on-track advantage. In the spring of 1977, determined to show the American motocross public that his products were superior, Fox created his own privately-owned professional motocross team. During that same summer Fox also managed to impress American motocross fans in a way he had not initially intended. While competing in the heat, humidity, sand, mud, rain that came along with the six-round series, Team Fox riders wore red, yellow and orange race outfits. Handmade by Fox, the clothing became an instant hit with the fans and interested enthusiasts started calling the Fox shop in Campbell inquiring about its availability. Fox knew he was onto something big, and by 1980 he had completely reorganized and repositioned his company to be a major player in the U.S. motocross apparel industry.
Today, Fox Racing remains a family owned and operated business, with all four of Geoff and Josie Fox's children working full-time at the company. While still remaining 100% committed to its motocross roots, Fox Racing has also become the world's number one brand in BMX and mountain bike apparel and with its Fox Head logo has become the most recognized alternative sports brand amongst Generations X and Y. The company also offers a full line of sportswear, including shorts, T-shirts, fleece, hats, jeans, sweaters, sweatshirts and jackets to the public through finer motocross, bike, and sportswear retailers worldwide. During the last three decades, Fox Racing has become an international leader in the sportswear apparel industry with its famous Fox Head logo seen worldwide. In doing so, Fox Racing has held steadfast to Geoff Fox's original goal of making the best motocross products money can buy. |

| It all started with a simple idea and steadily became “An Army of ONE”. The army began assembling in the heart of San Diego, California back in 1997. The simple idea of creating the most innovative, high quality motorcycle graphics rapidly progressed into a complete line of leading edge products that redefined industry standards.
Long recognized as the world leader in graphic kits and seat covers, the ONE brand has grown to become a leading force in helmets, motocross apparel and casual wear. While the company has grown, the philosophy remains the same and the focus is always to make the best products they possibly can. Motocross is the toughest sport in the world. They have spent countless hours with some of the most talented names in all of motocross, fueling their passion of creating products that can endure the many battles that occur in a championship season. Their goal is to win but, they will do this by never forgetting their roots and maintaining their core focus on the products and sport where their passion was born. ONE products don't only look cool, but they are created by pushing the limits of technology while combining a style that is unique to them. They focus on delivering creativity, innovation and quality with a unique element that no one else has. They look beyond borders and take part in battles on motocross and supercross tracks around the world. If there is a race, you will find them there. | Skin Industries was founded in 1998 by CEO and sole owner, Al Borda. Back in the beginning when it all started, the company’s main focus was Freestyle Motocross (FMX). Within 2 months not only was Skin industries the number one brand in FMX, it also had a tremendous crossover into Supercross and Motocross. With so many of the top pro’s wearing the brand’s tees, Al decided to focus on making Skin Industries (which at the time was only a 4 design tee shirt company) into a legitimate clothing empire for the entire world to enjoy.
Al had a vision of “sports fashion”. Make comfortable clothes with edgy designs that speak for the individual wearing them, no matter if you are competing, practicing or just messing around in the backyard. Skin soon was not just worn by extreme sports athletes but by all kind of pro athletes, rappers, musicians, actors, businessman, students and party animals all around the world. |

| In a world where mediocrity reigns and political correctness dictates youth culture, Unit embodies a spirit of resistance. Some say life is not as it seems, that all matter is merely condensed energy moving in vibration, one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. Everything and everywhere, Motocross and BMX represent the apex of man and machine.
Unit was founded by two Australian bothers Paul and Ian Everest in 2002 with very little capital. The brothers combined their talents in MX, BMX and design to form what is now being called by industry experts ‘Action Sports next big brand’. With massive growth year on year Unit is now a multi million dollar empire with some of the highest product sell through rates seen in street retail in many years. ‘Bottom-line, we just create edgy stuff that people want’ – Paul Everest. |
