Exchange
- Call our customer service team on 08 9399 4664 and let them know you want to exchange a product purchased online.
- Tell them what you wish to purchase and a sale for your new product will be made on the spot with delivery in 5-7 working days!
- Then, simply return the original item, as per the return policy stated below.
- Print the return/exchange request form and fill it out completely(click here to download).
- Include your shipping confirmation / tax invoice email, as proof of purchase along with the product in question.
- Take a drive to your local post office and mail it back to us.
Once we receive your item and an exchange is validated, we will then credit your bank account with purchase price of your original product.
PLEASE NOTE: You can’t send any online store items back to any retail stores.
To exchange an item purchased from our retail store, just grab your items, make sure you have the receipt, all the tags are attached and the product is in a saleable condition and visit the retail store the item was purchased for your exchange.
See one of our staff with your product and paperwork, have them validate your exchange, then you’re free to choose any product in exchange for the one you are returning. If the price of the product chosen is in excess of the original item, then the customer will be responsible for the difference at the time of exchange. If the price of the product is less than the original purchase amount, then Moshpit Collective will provide you with a Moshpit Collective credit note to the value of the difference. You will then have 3 months to redeem your credit!
PLEASE NOTE: You can’t send any retail store items back to the online store.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: All exchanges are only valid for 30 calendar days from the time you purchased the original order of goods. Due to health regulations however, we will not be able to accept body jewellery, cosmetics, underwear or swimwear.
