RETURNS
To return an item purchased via our online store, just follow these 3 easy steps and we’ll process your refund!
- Print the return/exchange request form and fill it out completely (click here to download).
- Include your shipping confirmation / tax invoice email, as proof of purchase along with the product in question.
- Take a drive to your local post office and mail it back to us.
Once received, Moshpit Collective will then provide you with a full product refund excluding any shipping / handling costs. If the product in question is assessed by our customer team however and deemed “working as designed” then Moshpit Collective may refuse to refund the product and/or any shipping cost but will we ring you and ask if you would like the product returned. All returns for refund are only valid for the warranty period of the product in question, referring to the calendar days from the time you purchased the goods.
To return an item purchased from our retail store, customers must return the goods to the store the item was purchased
- Products purchased from a retail store are only eligible for a refund if they are faulty and within their warranty period. This can only be done through the retail store the product was purchased and upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt or relevant bank statement).
- In some cases faulty items may be sent back to suppliers for assessment before a refund is authorised.
