Risk and Title in the goods -
Subject to payment, property and risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer`s nomitated delivery address. Anyone at the customer`s delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Moshpit Collective to be authrised to receive the goods.
